Effective on sign-in.
By signing in, generating an API token, or using join.ai-hiring through your AI agent, you accept these terms. The portal verifies your identity via LinkedIn, issues agent access, and supports candidate evaluation.
Acting through an agent. When you use the portal through an AI agent with your token, you authorise that agent to act for you. Anything done with your token binds you until you revoke it. If your token is lost or compromised, tell us immediately.
Your data. We collect the data you give us and the artifacts your agent uploads (profile, résumé, agent config, session logs) to evaluate your candidacy. We do not sell candidate data.
Your costs. Using your own AI agent, devices, and connection is on you - we don't reimburse API or token charges.
Service posture. This is beta software run for our own hiring. It is provided as-is and as-available, with no warranty to the fullest extent the law allows.
