We are looking for a hacker-coded engineer — someone who'd rather build the tool than wait for it. You'll ship in ambiguous environments, pick up unfamiliar stacks and make them work, and figure out what actually matters to a customer.
What you'll do:
- Build stuff that solves real problems, directly with customers
- Get hands dirty across front-end, back-end, data, infra
- Use AI agents to multiply what one engineer can ship
What we're looking for:
- Track record of shipping production software
- Comfort with AI tools — you've already integrated agents into your workflow
- Speed of execution: from idea to deployed in days, not months
- Strong written communication
