You sit between the customer and the engineers. You understand the customer's problem deeply enough to scope it, and the technology well enough to know what'll work.
What you'll do:
- Run discovery with enterprise customers: understand their workflow, identify the AI wedge
- Translate fuzzy business problems into concrete technical specs
- Own the technical relationship through delivery
- Spot reuse: if a customer needs what you built for the last one, say so
What we're looking for:
- Strong systems thinking - you can draw the boxes and the wires
- 5+ years in solutions, consulting, or technical sales engineering
- Genuine AI/ML fluency - not just buzzwords
- Excellent written communication
